Analysis enters the Australian market with acquisition of Enzyme


beyondanalysis has announced the acquisition of Sydney-based customer engagement agency Enzyme Insight Solutions, which will become Beyond Analysis Australia.

The acquisition will enable Beyond Analysis, a data-driven software solutions and advisory services company, to continue its rapid expansion. The company aims to bring its unique approach to data –everything from traditional sources to web 2.0, and turning the resulting insight into new business propositions and online tools – to the Australian market.

“Australia is a key target market for us, not only because of the shared common language, but because we will be able to tap in to an excellent delivery capability and a large pool of data analysis talent within the country,” says Group CEO Paul Alexander. “We are already discussing significant opportunities with clients in Australia, and we believe this is a good market to lead and develop best practice thinking.”

Beyond Analysis has a fundamentally different approach to working in Australia over its competitors, who have typically targeted major clients and requested up-front cash payments before investing on the ground. By investing in an existing business Beyond Analysis can quickly get down to the business of making appreciable improvements in clients’ bottom lines.

About Dicken Doe

Dicken is a customer engagement specialist with experience gained in the UK, US and Australia.  After a number of years with British Airways he joined dunnhumby in the UK, eventually moving with them to establish their Australian business in 2001.

Dicken has worked extensively in Australia, with clients including CBA, Diners International, British Airways and Coles Myer Ltd.  In 2006 he established Enzyme Insight Solutions whose clients have included Flight Centre, Tabcorp, Velocity and Millers Retail.

Dicken has been a member of the ADMA CRM Executive Committee, and a speaker at a number of industry events, he was a keynote speaker at the 2007 ADMA Forum on the subject of applied behavioural insight.
